Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

Never keep any amount of money that you can't afford to lose in PayPal.
PayPal is not a bank and doesn't offer any protections for the customer, they actively fuck customers on a regular basis, I understand it's a service that needs to be used but please, don't trust those motherfuckers.
