Yes, there is a lot of fraud in the ACA, I am witness to that everyday in my job. Yes, many have coverage they do not even know they have because of the fraud, it is true! SO FIX THE FRAUD, not starve and kill the people, the victims! You don't stop issuing driver's licenses, because of fraud!
I came across this at work today. It is a screenshot of an insured's 2025 ACA premium credit. Without the ACA credit, this customer's MONTHLY premium will go from $70.88 to $906.88 PER MONTH!!! And that is BEFORE the annual increase for 2026! This is REAL!
