We have been checking out the Game-itoba Board Game Convention and have had a great time meeting local designers. It's our first time here and we got to show off some of our work! People seemed impressed. The pink and green frogs we got here were a nice touch #gameitoba

We played Kobolds: Second Expeditionover the weekend! It was really fun but probably needs a second playthrough now that we are familiar with the cards! You can pick this up from Gamecrafter from Mycelibun Games! bsky.app/profile/did:... #boardgames #cardgames
The game setup, kobold cards arranged in parties at mining nodes to collect Glintys from the center. Would recommend a large table or fewer players. I'm under attack! two parties of hidden kobolds attack two of my nodes! (it was downhill for me here) The gamewinning synergy: they took all my glintys, converted them to +1 counters, then converted them to -1 counters for hexedrinker which was enough to get a VP, winning out of nowhere when we thought they could only get 1 point during that round.
