Essentially now any government that courts or aligns itself with the United States government from this point forward -- and specifically, the Trump administration -- is aligning its national identity with these values.

If WW2 mattered and what nooses mean are not "potential" matters of opinion.

It baffles me that the CRTC still refuses to recognize the primacy of the writer/showrunner after years of profiles of Simon, Chase, Weiner, Rhimes, Gilligan, Sherman-Palladino, Key & Peele, Fey, etc. Perhaps they simply disdain Canadians who do it.

At COP30 Canada just got awarded the fossil of the day — first time since 2014 (the harper years). Clear sign of how Carney’s pro fossil fuel agenda and backsliding on climate policy is being noticed internationally.

I will never forget having to edit Jamal’s final, posthumous piece for the Washington Post, after he was murdered.

He was calling for free expression in the Arab world. You can read it here :

Q: I'm confused because the bill specifically says 'the AG may withhold or redact portions related to child sex abuse materials.' The survivors are comfortable with that. These things are actually in this bill.

JOHNSON: They're not

Q: It's up to the AG

J: No it's not! We're not making this up

This whole NYT account about the weaponization of DOJ is beyond disturbing. Kinda feels like the US government fell in January.
