Why do so many people give children Premium Bonds?
Premium Bonds are only a decent bet if
- You've a big whack in, say £10,000+
- & you pay tax on savings interest
Most kids have/do neither. With £1,000 in over a year with typical (median average) luck you'll win nothing

What is wrong with the Nations roads at the minute? Seems like people have forgotten how to drive and keep crashing into each other. I just hope everyone is ok from the numerous accidents happening this morning

Grey old day up here in East Anglia. Had a wander around the best market town in East Anglia (Saffron Walden), breakfasted in a fab cafe (Gluttons) and bought some plants from the stall in the market. It’s the simple pleasures in life……..

It’s sad that my first post on here is about this beautiful boy passing away. He came in yesterday morning as usual, ate his food, played a bit and then went to sleep as usual in his favourite sunny spot. He just never woke up! Great way to go but he was only 8.
