Bought the 8bitdo USB adapter to connect controllers via Bluetooth.
I can now use the Wii Remote on the Switch, allows the NES/SNES mini controllers to work.
Plus, with some slight re-mapping can play Mario 64 with the Nunchuk.

Got bored, decided to look up if there was a solution to the button limit on GP2040, found there actually was, and got back to my old project of modding a Dreamcast Twin Still into a PC gamepad with all buttons available.
It even works on Saturn Virtual On with a Wingman SD and an extra profile! =3
