One of the wilder and stupider arguments for game preservation that I’ve seen: it allows you to legally prove you made your own games.
Guy claims he wrote a bunch of shit that Bungie stole for Destiny 2. Bungie can't prove they didn't steal it because they deleted the first two and a half years of their game from being playable. Judge rules lore content videos aren't acceptable substitutes. LMAO
