-Just had a stroke
-Refusing therapy
-Substance abuse

-Healthy and strong
-Clean diet and regular exercise.
-Sober
-7yrs of therapy.
-Financially supported my parents for years.

Editing psychology says, take breaks in your edit.
"Fresh eyes" are a whole thing in the editing world, and after a while, fatigue gets you to diminishing returns. Go for a walk. Stretch a little bit. Rest your sight. The quality of your work will show.

Normalize asking your editing clients questions before even remotely gesturing towards giving advice.
A doctor would never say hi and then immediately make you a prescription.
An expert asks questions and goes deep, then diagnoses, then offers a solution.
