I think Ketramose would probably win for me but it's hard to submit a card with that many effects for "#1 cleanest."

- Fresh Start is one of the cleaner ways to do blue enchantment based removal.
- Sokka is such a great way to implement that Glimmer Lens draw effect - especially at uncommon.

- Passage is the cleaner Thran Portal, and with as many "choose a type" lands as they've done we still haven't gotten something simpler.
- Rendezvous just further strips down that effect by eliminating the additional cost text/check, super tidy.
