This won't happen as long as story hunting journalists keeps bringing Greenland up as a topic at press breefings.
Trump will never admit that he was wrong and one question from a "fishing" journalist is all it takes to lure him in once more.

Trumps personal SA-troops. Like ICE is his equivalent to Gestapo.

He could. But today he is not the only one wielding nuclear weapons, like the Americans were at the time of Hiroshima.
The consequences of breaking the nuclear stalemate is unpredictable and might backlash big time.

Exactly!
He is right though about the US would probably have won in the end anyway, but at a hough cost in American lifes.

We saw the "bricks pile camouflage" a couple of days ago, maybe next up is the "dead Russians camouflage".

The most important point in the ongoing debate over the future of Greenland is that Donald Trump's DOJ still hasn't released the Epstein Files. #Epstein

To be honest. I am more worried about Taiwan. Ukraine has proven themselves to be able to protect Zelensky.

My father "aced" his cognitive tests as well despite having dementia caused by stroke. If you start out with a higher than average IQ you can continue to fool the test for quite some time.

I would be more interested if the pictures included a passport of a Slovenian woman born on April 26, 1970.

Yes, but not as efficient I would say. Threatening with violence would just result in more security were blackmail makes people keep their heads down and do everything to avoid making a stir.

Perhaps the Belgians should elect some politicians with no skeletons in the closet which makes them vulnerable to this kind of blackmail.
I would hate to protect dirty politicians.

Kiril himself is apparently former KGB. You don't have to practice what you preach.

To be fair. We have no way of knowing how many obstacles SBU had to overcome to gain this price.
My bet is it wasn't as easy as it appears.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is limited to one single individual. More like it is the whole administration. I doubt Vance would make much a difference on this issue.

I have a friend who quits smoking several times a day. Trump seems to have a similar issue with his peace plans.

"They" did negotiate with Hitler. Several times actually.
It did not do anything but buy Hitler more time.

There must be a lot of shareholders swearing and shitting themselves, regretting their support for his salary agreement and their continued dependence on this lunatic.

They were indeed very useful. They kept the Tomahawks taco-ed & our assets haven't been given to Ukraine.
⚑️ Update: Witkoff, Putin talks on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine were 'very useful,' Kremlin says.

Russian negotiator Kirill Dmitriev described the talks as β€œproductive.” Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov added that the meeting was β€œvery useful, constructive, & highly substantive,” but no deal was reached.
High-stakes talks between US envoy Witkoff and Putin on ending Russia's war in Ukraine have concluded
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Witkoff will present Putin with the latest version of the U.S.-Ukraine framework drafted during recent rounds of talks in Geneva and Florida.

US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth says he wants Putin, Trump and Zelensky at one table for a β€œpeace dinner,” complete with steaks and a salad β€œwith Russian dressing.” Hard to take seriously at a moment when Ukraine is fighting for its survival.

Hegseth is mentally ill and above all, dangerous.
