I think it’s a Mormon thing, I have few Mormon friends and I can attest it’s kinda their thing, beautiful to see😍
Many years ago I dated a synesthete, and words had particular colour associations for her. This worked fine in English, “green” was the colour green, but got very confusing for her when she started learning the names of colours in other languages.

Anyway this feels a lot like that.

…the same ingredients mentioned earlier, reapplying it until the brisket is perfectly cooked. This step is key to locking in all the flavors!

I hope this helps you make a perfect brisket for your family

I’d appreciate your opinion and thoughts. Also what should I try next 😊??
Final step: After simmering, I gently placed the brisket on the grill. To ensure even cooking, I like to use a poke knife to create little holes all over the brisket. This helps the heat penetrate evenly and cooks the meat through. While it's grilling, I continuously brush on a sauce made from..
After marinating, I re-prepared the marinade(yes, again!) & then simmered it on low heat for 5 minutes, adding a splash of wine this time. The low heat helps the flavors meld with the meat's natural oils, resulting in a juicy brisket. Highly recommend this step, the wine adds a nice depth of flavor!

what I used: curry leaves, fresh pepper, red chili sauce, turmeric, onions, fresh ginger and garlic sauce.
Step 2
To prep the marinade, I blended the ginger, curry leaves, turmeric, onions, fresh pepper, and chili sauce together.
Then, I soaked the brisket in the marinade for 4 hours.
No wine! Yet.

Just a heads up, I made it extra spicy, so if you're not a fan of heat, you might want to skip this one 😂.

But if you're feeling adventurous, give it a try and let me know what you think! 👌
