Musk's hate-laced disinformation dispenser, Grok xAI, has vomited up an "alternative" knock-off of the Wikipedia online encyclopedia called Grokipedia. Its Transgender entry is as defamatory and devoid of reason and scholarship as you might expect. It is a flaming Cybertruck load of junk science.

The UCLA Health giant has taken the extreme step of describing patients only by assigned birth-sex on certain diagnostic reports, while omitting generic sex/gender descriptions altogether. This subjects Trans and Gender Diverse patients to violation of privacy and potential medical harm.

Recent research has shown that misgendering language in medical records can potentially mislead diagnostic judgment and inflict medical harm on TGD patients who have received endocrine care. Be mindful of what's in your electronic health record.
