This has happened to me, actually. I was on a Rx burn with my old crew, and we were lamenting being on project work while California was burning. I sang “All the leaves are brown…”, and the rest of the crew immediately picked it up and ran with it. My boy whistled the flute (?) solo and everything.
People joke about how goofy it would be if a musical happened in real life, where people just randomly broke out in song with no musical accompaniment, but that literally happens in Top Gun and it’s a legendary scene in a beloved movie
