Can't wait to start sending these out to celebrate pupils achievements!
✉️ designed by moi. Printed by @vistaprintuk

How it works? Staff nominate a pupil, along with a brief reason.

The team will then collate the nominations and distribute the postcards accordingly.

Not many can say they've had the privilege of working with someone they've admired for years - I feel incredibly lucky to be one of them.

Her kindness, empathy, respect, commitment, and passion are truly infectious — and I'm looking forward to learning and growing alongside her

Going back to this and wondering if staff at B&Q hate the site of @mrsgeography.bsky.social knowing she is going to hit their paint charts hard! A great blog for getting students to develop chains of reasoning!
I focus on the development of their answers as far as possible, rather than a specific structure… seems to work for our exam board & allows differentiation across the ability range.

I use an I, We, You model alongside boxes & arrows. Colour charts also work well for this👇🏼
