So, Democratic Party, what are you going to do to attract those voters? Those are the voters who need the most encouragement to vote for Democrats in 2026. Current tactics have not been working, so what does the Democratic Party need to do to really get everyone to vote and vote for them?

These are the people the echo chamber should be talking to, not those of us who knew that Harris had to be voted for. We all knew MAGA had their votes and were counting on people not liking her or him enough to vote. They will be counting on this again in 2026 and beyond.

The 35% who chose to vote for neither candidate...classic Republicans who couldn't fathom voting for a woman for a party who lets boys play girls sports, independents who don't like either party anymore, democrats who were mad they didn't get to pick their candidate in primaries...
July 9, 2025 at 5:25 PM
It seems to me that Bluesky is an echo chamber. Everybody here is anti-MAGA. The news and folks I follow share a lot educating us on the truths about the Big Ugly Bill, the corruption, project 2025, etc. But here's the thing...we all already know all of this. You need to be educating the 35%...

Loudly. For the 35% of voters who chose neither candidate in 2024. It is their fault. You may not like everything the Democratic Party stands for, but it was clear that not voting for either candidate was the far worse option than holding your nose and voting for the Democratic candidate.
Democrats Should Say Who’s Really to Blame for the Flooding in Texas
Republican lawmakers have Texan children’s blood on their hands. Democrats shouldn’t let anyone forget it.

Ah, I am excited that I have more followers on BlueSky than the current VP who decided to join recently. If a crazy cat lady who loves crafting and plants...and Democracy and the Constitution...can get more followers than any of those racist thugs...there is hope for us all! 💙

Been trying for over a week to get the eyes right on my Impkin in progress. He's my first Impkin creation from a book I got for Christmas by @craftyintentions. I haven't used plastic eyes on any of my #amigurumi so far and I kinda want to keep it that way.

I had a dream laat night that I left my purse in my shopping cart to go grab an item somewhere else in the store and came back to all my credit cards and money being stolen. Is the the adult version of I missed my final exam and flunked school dreams? (I still have those too.)

If He-Whose-Name-I-Refuse-To-Type really wants to celebrate American victories in federal holidays, why is He not making April 9 a federal holiday? Now that was a great victory for America, fought on American soil. -signed Your Friendly Historian

Mama Cardinal is up to three eggs! Is she finished and ready to incubate yet? Only time will tell! I'm so excited! This is my first cardinal nest. I frequently have mockingbirds and mourning doves nest in my yard, but this is a first. I hope it's not the last!

I made a teeny tiny pineapple! I can't wait for it to become a big, juicy pineapple! Cut the top off a pineapple we carved for Halloween in 2023, rooted it and voila!

I love this time of year! My Sunshine Mimosas are blooming. They remind me of Dr. Seuss plants. I'd love to be a fairy wandering through my garden right now.

I have been crocheting for about two years now. I do amugurumi and have made a ton of stuff in the past year, increasing my skills. I am self-taught. This unicorn is made to look like Julian from Animal Crossing and is a redo of the 2nd kit I ever made.

Made a cat tree for my kids! Designed by me, used scrap wood from our woodpile and leftover carpet from our bedroom remodel.
