That was you Cookie. I'll always remember the day I found you in a tire shop, scared and shaking and no bigger than my forearm. You settled into our family right away, and gave us all the unconditional love a good girl has to give.

Life is frequently messy and uncertain...so when you are blessed with a companion that will always "go with" regardless of weather, or mood, or in her case, pain, it is pretty damn comforting.
