Here's something to think about. 49.8% voted for Trump, 48.3% voted for Harris, and 1.9% voted for "other" candidates. That means 50.2% didn't vote for Trump. So, even though Trump won the election, the majority of the country didn't want him to.

Trump has had a history with the government. Mostly in the financial department. After all those years of having his businesses go bankrupt, feeling that the government turned their back on him and his businesses. Could he have hidden resentment fueling his wanting to disrupt the government now?
