This is the BEST way to serve your community!! I enjoyed my years in many volunteer station serving communities!!. Give it a go and perhaps you are not a frontline firefighter, there are still many other support roles you can do behind the fire scene that are as important.

l am glad to see this service getting trained feet on the ground. Hopefully the pilots will be successful that this service is rolled out across the province in time.

Nice to stay there was rain yesterday afternoon, evening and a bit more overnight in Lower Onslow. In my rain gauge the total of .32 of an inch. Not a record but most welcomed ! @yhzweatherguy.bsky.social

100% Agree
Why are the provinces and the Feds still using X/twitter as one of their main comms platforms? If we’re serious about bringing people together rather than fuelling an algorithm that tears people apart, should we continue to support that platform? Seems illogical at best.

Sorry, not sorry as a former frequent visitor to the USA for mostly live music concerts small up to large sell out crowds. l have not returned to the USA since Trump 1. Now not likely ever going to happen again. Trump has made USA, anything but great, IMO
