Back when the series Maid premiered on Netflix, it opened my eyes to how destructive emotional abuse could be. When they showed the store where women could shop by wouldn't be charged, that's what I wanted to help with. (con't)

I've been on a House Hunters kick lately, and just watched an episode with a black couple looking to buy a million dollar home. Made me feel an extra bit of joy seeing them viewing nice homes in that price range.
