The FBI raid of Fulton County’s Elections Hub and Operations Center is deeply alarming.

Tulsi Gabbard’s presence as Trump’s DNI at a domestic law enforcement operation is highly unusual and raises serious questions about political interference. We need answers.

Maxwell Frost was assaulted by a racist and Ilhan Omar was charged at and sprayed with a substance by a devoted Trump supporter.

While I’m glad both are OK, we need to seriously address political violence. The hate & lies spewed by Donald Trump is a good place to start. -SWM

Let’s be clear about something: This was an execution.

Rep. Moulton voted No on the Homeland Security approps bill this week.

Not a single Democratic Senator should vote Yes on that funding bill now. We cannot provide more resources to ICE or CBP. None of this is acceptable.
Video of the Minneapolis shooting on Reddit shows a group of ICE agents beating a man on the ground. One of the ICE agents then steps back and shoots the victim multiple times.

A nearby witness says “they killed the guy.”

53 years ago, Roe v. Wade recognized a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions. That right was ripped away by a Supreme Court out of step with the American people.

Rep. Moulton will continue fighting for that right until it is restored.

Rep. Moulton will be voting No on tomorrow's Homeland Security appropriations bill.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his unwavering commitment to nonviolence, democratic participation, and equal justice under the law.

Dr. King warned against the abuse of power and the use of fear and division to undermine democracy.

Rep. Moulton and @repyassansari.bsky.social are sending a letter to Chairman Amodei and RM Cuellar of the House Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee with a clear message:

No support for any funding bill that expands ICE resources without strict guardrails and real reforms.

We should expand healthcare and lower costs before we waste billions of dollars on ICE.

That's why Rep. Moulton is introducing the Healthcare Reinvestment Act today. It will reallocate the additional funds for ICE contained in the OBBB to fund the ACA premium tax credits.

Congressman Moulton is joining as a cosponsor of Congresswoman Kelly's articles of impeachment against Secretary Kristi Noem.

Accountability can't wait.
I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem, who is an incompetent leader and a disgrace to our democracy.

She wreaked havoc in the Chicagoland area and has brought her reign of terror to Minneapolis. One of her rogue ICE agents shot and killed an innocent woman today. It must come to an end.

Renee Good was murdered by an ICE agent. The NOEM Act, introduced in December, would ensure that agent faces accountability and justice for his actions.

ICE is not above the law. Federal agents do not have 'absolute immunity'.

Pass the NOEM Act, now.
Rep. Moulton is introducing the NOEM Act to hold ICE officers accountable when they violate constitutional rights.

Anyone who breaks the law should face consequences, and ICE is no exception.

Secretary Kristi Noem bears responsibility for cultivating the lawlessness that contributed to the murder of Renee Nicole Good.

Rep. Moulton's full statement on the need for accountability from Secretary Noem and DHS:
January 13, 2026 at 3:56 PM
A court ruling from three weeks ago affirmed the legal right of Members of Congress to be allowed to conduct oversight of ICE detention facilities without prior notice.

Kristi Noem does not get to override the law just because she would rather avoid scrutiny and accountability.
NEWS: A day after the Minneapolis shooting, Secretary Noem quietly signed a new policy barring congressional visits to ICE facilities without a week's advance notice. That policy change led to three MN Dems being blocked from accessing an ICE facility today. www.politico.com/news/2026/01...

The Trump Administration owes the public immediate transparency. If the eyewitness accounts and videos are accurate, accountability is non-negotiable. This is absolutely unacceptable.

No one is above the law. No agency, no officer - no one.
A US citizen has apparently been shot by ICE agents in Minneapolis. I’m gathering information, but the situation on the ground is volatile.

ICE should leave now for everyone’s safety.

Five years ago, Donald Trump tried to overturn the results of a free and fair election by inciting the violence that led to the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Today, his attacks on our democracy continue. We must learn from that day and do everything we can to ensure it never repeats.

Pete Hegseth's continued weaponization of the government to target Senator Kelly - an American hero and dedicated public servant to this country - is a complete disgrace.
NEW: Sen. Mark Kelly RESPONDS to Pete Hegseth for censuring him, cutting his military pension, threatening to demote his rank, and warning of possible criminal prosecution for telling soldiers to obey their oath.

Medical decisions should be left up to the individuals that are making them, their doctor, and their family. But now Trump and RFK Jr. want to take control and restrict access to gender-affirming care.

It’s cruel and wrong. www.washingtonpost.com/health/2025/...

What happened on Saturday at Brown University is devastating. My heart is with the students, families, and the Providence community.

This is not inevitable. We know what saves lives. When leaders refuse to act, that is a choice, and people pay for it.
