I was in my mid 20s before I found about decidual cast when it happened to me. I thought I was dying
Chunk of meat just fell out of my uterus Hi so I had my period week ago and thought I was pretty much done with it but this morning I woke up to my bed wet like I peed on it. I was so shocked and thought I accidentally peed on my bed and went to bathroom to clean up. The liquid was not clear but very light brownish and while i was cleaning myself, chunk of jellylike meat around the size of half of my palm dropped from my uterus. Google is not giving me clear answers and I am just hoping its nothing serious. Ps: to think of any symptoms, my left side of lower abdomen was kinda feeling like "tight" or giving very light cramp for few days after my period ended and thought nothing serious of it. Husband is disgusted. I'm perplexed. Communication My husband is horrified that the vaginal canal is self-cleaning and soap shouldn't inserted into the vaginal canal. I don't even remember the context of how this came up. I mentioned it as a fun fact because I think the human body is fascinating. He has held on to that random fact and said it is disguising. He said, and I quote, "that is absolutely disgusting and the worst turn off ever. Hopefully you clean yourself. I clean myself so hopefully you do too" My response to this was: "I shower daily and clean myself properly. The vagina is self-cleaning. Putting soap inside it would cause infections. I use a gentle soap to wash the outside of my genitals (eg labia) and anus. This is the correct way to clean myself. Suggesting that I'm unhygienic is not only incorrect, it's deeply hurtful and unfair." To clarify on days when I go to the gym in the morning, I exert myself, do gardening or construction etc. I shower after that. Plus have my regular shower in the evening. I'm at a loss. The female body is amazing and beautiful. Yet he thinks this naturally occurring process is disgusting? I see him in a different light now. I'm not sure how to process this. Or how I'm supposed to want to have intimate moments with him when he thinks something about me is disgusting. It's hard to not jump to the conclusion that he thinks I'm disgusting. I was completely unaware that he had $7,000 in unpaid child support-I thought he was making regular monthly payments. We were expecting a refund, but only $175 was deposited. I feel blindsided, violated, and taken advantage of. When I brought this up, he dismissed my feelings and told me I should be grateful the child support is now paid off because it means he can contribute more money each month. That logic doesn't make sense to me-his child is still under 18, so he still has to make ongoing payments regardless. I feel physically ill. He is not supportive of how I'm feeling whatsoever and is actually angry at me for how I am responding. AITAH?

This happened last weekend and I still feel like I'm vibrating with rage. I (26F) was driving my uncle (56M) to a family reunion because his car is in the shop and my aunt had other plans. I was doing it as a favor. He helped out a lot when I was a kid, and even though we've grown apart, I figured I could suck it up for a few hours. Big mistake. The second we got on the highway, he started in with his usual Fox News-style nonsense. At first, I just zoned out. But then we passed a billboard in Spanish and he went on this rant like, "This is America. If you can't read English, get the hell out." I told him to chill, and he immediately shot back with some garbage about how "you can't say anything anymore without the woke mob coming for you." tried to change the subject, but it just got worse. He started going off about how "women these days just want to cry about equality while letting men in dresses take over their sports," and how "we used to be a strong country before we let the immigrants and feminists ruin it." I told him I wasn't going to listen to that kind of hate in my car. He LAUGHED. Told me I was being "emotional" and that "this is why women shouldn't be in charge of anything serious." So I pulled over at the next rest stop, told him to get out, and when he realized I was serious, he called me a "disrespectful little girl." I told him, "Better a disrespectful girl than a hateful old man," and I drove off. He was stranded for four hours before some family friend picked him up. Now half the family is furious with me. My mom says I embarrassed the whole family. My cousin texted me calling me a "liberal snowflake." My aunt blocked me. Apparently he was "visibly shaken" when he arrived, like he hadn't just spent the whole ride spewing poison. But here's the thing: I'm not sorry. I don't care if you're family. I don't care if you're "from a different time." If you talk about people like they're less than human, you don't deserve the comfort of my car, my time, or my silence. So yeah. Maybe I caused drama. But I'm done making myself small to keep the peace for men like him. AITA?

Then he says, "If you make it, I'm not eating it." At that point, he puts on his headphones and starts ignoring me. I try to get his attention, and he keeps ignoring me. Eventually, he tells me to leave and go do whatever I want. So I go to the room, then come back out and say, "I'm free now." He responds by saying he doesn't want to do anything with me and tells me to leave. I say he's being mean, and he denies it and starts ignoring me again. Then he gets up and abruptly goes to the bathroom. I end up crying a bit in the room because I've been on the go all day, doing everything, and the one time I say no, this is how he acts. This is a manipulative tactic he uses all the time. I messaged him-he ignored me. I called- he ignored that too. I could literally hear the phone ringing and him not answering. Then he blocks me on WhatsApp. I checked his profile and it's just blank now, so I know I'm blocked. How would you approach a situation where your partner repeatedly responds with silence, anger, or blocking when you try to set a small boundary?

I've never had a miscarriage before and this baby was so wished for so it's all so fresh and I'm sobbing right now so I apologise in advance if it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. My husband turned 27 yesterday. I 26F was pregnant with mine and my husband's 27M 2nd child. Yesterday, I was 8 weeks pregnant. The day before yesterday we saw a beautiful heart beat flicking on the screen and today I'm devastated. I was playing with our 2 year old when I felt a pressure in my lower abdomen. Not long later, I noticed bleeding and I let my husband know immediately that I had discomfort and bleeding. Before long I had passed what I believe is the fetus and I messaged him "I think I lost the baby". I wanted to keep him updated and I guess I was seeking some kind of emotional support. I asked if he could come home and he said "of course, if it's urgent". I said I think it is because the pain and bleeding is getting worse and I'm starting to feel lightheaded and our 2 year old is unattended in his playroom right now. We have no friends or family near that I could call who would get to us quicker than he could. I had to clean myself up, crawl down stairs to take paracetamol, make my son his lunch and then put him down for a nap. At this point my husband still isn't home. He was working approx 30 mins away and took closer to 60 mins to get back. Hours later when I asked, it was because he'd stopped at Tesco to pick up some beers. I ended up very poorly, losing lots of blood, lightheaded, vomiting etc and he had to take me to A&E. By the time I was discharged it was almost 8pm. Last week, I had said I'd make him his favourite dinner for his birthday which he reminded me when we were almost home. I said I wasn't feeling up to it and that whatever takeaway he wants is on me. He said "for fuck sake" under his breath and then muttered something along the lines of "this bullshit has ruined my birthday". He didn't stop to get any takeaway. He just drove straight home. He put our son to bed and I went to bed and I'm not sure what he did after. I didn't see him this morning as he had already left for work. He's not messaged me all day and he got home a few hours ago (it's now 8. 40pm) and he's been giving me silent treatment. I tried to speak to him about an hour or so ago and he ignored me and I called him a disgrace. He slammed the bedroom door and locked me out of the bedroom. His mum has since messaged me and said I need to be patient as he's also had a loss. She didn't ask how I was or anything. He's obviously speaking to his mum but why isn't he opening up and speaking to me? She said I was harsh? I'm feeling utterly emotionally neglected right now. My body has been through emotional and physical hell. I understand that my miscarriage came at a fucking inconvenient time for him as it was his birthday and all.
