The Trump admin may not be familiar with "facts," but here are a few:
- The suicide rate for veterans is ~1.5x higher than it is for nonveterans
- Since 988 launched 2.5 years ago, the Veterans Crisis Line has had a 22.7% increase in calls
- Since last summer, the VCL received > 1.6 million calls
