The U.S. doesn’t need new territory. It needs restraint. An invasion of Greenland would be predatory, unlawful, & catastrophic. It would drag the U.S into the same imperial lane as Russia. It doesn’t protect U.S. interests; it destroys them. The risk is immediate, global, & irreversible.

Denmark has begun deploying special elements and heavy military equipment to Greenland to establish defensive positions and logistical infrastructure ahead of a larger Danish Army deployment, with additional European forces expected to follow, including Sweden that is deploying forces today.

It does not authorize forced vehicle extraction, physical assault, handcuffing, or family separation absent due process. Treating it otherwise is equivalent to using such force for jaywalking or an expired license
