Hanukkah candles came in today. Going to have to clean up the menorah soon.
This has been a shit year but my Hebrew birthday is the 5th day of Hanukkah. I’m ready for a fresh trip around the sun.

This is Moonbeam aka Moonie. She is adjusting to inside life with my two boys. Today we are getting closer with a bit of hissing but not too much. She has a safe room to sleep in at night so she is not picked on or bothered.

Quiet day with the kitties. A little hissing and lots of snuggles so no one gets jealous. We’ll see if Moonie comes out from behind the couch tomorrow.

Things went well introducing Moonbeam to the boys. She explored a bit and there was a little hissing but no combat. Everyone got lots of individual attention so no one hopefully gets jealous. Digi is not very happy about the new feeding routine but tough cookies, he is going to lose that 7 lbs.

Moonbeam was a good girl and Digi was a good boy but Nuggie was a little butt and didn’t get his shots. I will have to try again later at the vets. Everyone is doing great and Moonbeam and the boys got gushy fuds and Digi is going on a diet. That chonk is 19lbs and he should be 12.

I am at spay nation with the cats waiting in line for their rabies and respiratory vaccines. Everyone is pretty chill now. Lots of treats when we get home.

Moonbeam is settling in nicely and gets vaccinated tomorrow morning along with the boys. They will all probably be crabby for a day and then we can see about letting her explore and interact with the boys. She’s so sweet.
