In less than an hour, the Ontario Auditor General will release a special report on the implementation (in Ontario) of the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program. The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care and I will both be responding, as will many others, I am sure #cdnchildcare

I’m very happy with the Liberal Party of Canada’s platform on child care, especially: pledge to protect and strengthen $10aDay program, higher wages for ECE staff, will require expansion of public child care infrastructure, link child care expansion to housing expansion. liberal.ca/cstrong/prot...

Thank you BC childcare advocates for encouraging your provincial government to extend the childcare funding agreements. NB government has just assured NB advocates that it favours an extension. I bet most other provinces and territories do as well.
