Started new meds today. Was a pain in the arse just to get them - glad to know my doctors were content with making me go cold turkey for a few days?! Anyway.. I'm not keen on being back on sertraline but I know it worked before so.. Here's to a better me in the near future

Had my doctors appointment today, same as always really. They don't really listen. I've been put back on Sertraline which I was on about 12 years ago. Nothing else though just. 'here try these and off you go'.

I have some breathing room, thank you so much everyone. I reached out to my brother and he has lessened the weight a little so I can get back on track. I don't know why I still get through each time by the skin of my teeth - but I do. I'm still here and I'm fighting best I can. Love to you all x

Even if you don’t have the means to donate, this story is worth reading just because I think folks will find at least a little (or even a lot) in common with it.
So many of us approaching our forties have similar stories, & similar fears.
Part of not isolating ourselves is knowing WE AREN’T ALONE.

Hello, Mark's (gelty) nephew here. He’s been in the ER since 4 a.m., and we’re still waiting for updates. Police said it appears he entered oncoming traffic and got hit by a car. I can't answer, but I'll keep this updated. Share this where he normally chats to inform his friends.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Roger Allers. I couldn't possibly overstate how important and formative The Lion King was and still is for me. He worked on many other great animated films of course, but losing someone who was such a key component of a piece of art that means so much to me hurts.
