I just ran in a 5k and came in first in my age group. It was a smaller event than my previous ones and my time wasn't that fantastic compared to other events I've ran in but I still feel pretty good about my performance 😊

The landlord at the place I just moved out of just tried to charge us 500$ for landscaping they didn't notify or as ask us to take care of first. I just got the charge dropped so that's a big W for me a head weight off my shoulders
