i will once again say that into the aether was primarily founded on the back of my own and stephen’s shared obsession with the elder scrolls 4: oblivion.
that remake should have been our super bowl, but our audience (mostly) understood when we didn’t cover it due to the bds movement.

Basically, I don't view "a writer who doesn't draw needs an artist to make a comic exist" as controversial. By definition "no pictures, no comic". It doesn't say anything about quality, just necessity.
And all good writers know how much physical work drawing a comic is, and write knowing that.

I find it difficult to believe that management in the 2xko team legit thought they were going to hit any numbers given to them by Riot. What I can believe is them going well we'll do the best we can because if we tell them the numbers are absurd they'll cancel the game tomorrow.
I feel on some minor level the atmosphere must have turned one where the leads just nodded with every metric they were told to hit and rode that cashcow for a decade to milk it for as long as they could.

On top of that, sticker shock for the costumes is just absolutely a chilling effect on purchases for anything other than your main. Costumes cost nearly 30 dollars canadian for a single character. That's fucking crazy.
