Il segno lasciato dai tifosi del #Napoli sui tracciati sismici dell'Osservatorio Vesuviano: questo è il piccolo "terremoto" generato dai festeggiamenti dei tifosi partenopei al gol di Lukaku del 2-0 registrato dalla stazione di Fuorigrotta dell'INGV.

In Yamaguchi prefecture in the western Japan, a swarm of lower crustal earthquakes + slight crustal inflation + slight tilt change are observed in the recent months. The area is known for monogenetic volcanism. The last eruption was in 8.8 ka (8800 years ago).

Felipe Vera of @gfz.bsky.social shows an initial bilateral subshear rupture, yet the southward portion propagated much more at supershear velocities, cumulating to a "well over 400 km" long rupture!

First Satellite Images from Myanmar are available. Surface Deformation along the Sagaing Fault and the collapsed Ava.Bridge are visible in Downtown Sagaing. Pictures and Videos from the Surface Rupture have been reported since Friday.

Il #terremoto di M 4.4 che stanotte è avvenuto ai #CampiFlegrei ha prodotto uno scuotimento notevole del suolo, la stazione di Antiniana (Solfatara) ha registrato un accelerazione pari a 1.1 g, tra le più alte rilevate in Italia degli ultimi anni. Gli edifici hanno retto incredibilmente bene.

Il #terremoto di M 4.4 che stanotte è avvenuto ai #CampiFlegrei ha prodotto uno scuotimento notevole del suolo, la stazione di Antiniana (Solfatara) ha registrato un accelerazione pari a 1.1 g, tra le più alte rilevate in Italia degli ultimi anni. Gli edifici hanno retto incredibilmente bene.
🟡 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗶: nel bollettino settimanale viene comunicata un'accelerazione del tasso di sollevamento del suolo che secondo i dati preliminari nelle ultime tre settimane è passato da una media di 10 mm al mese a ben 30 mm/mese. È il valore medio più alto dell'attuale crisi bradisismica.

🟡 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗶: nel bollettino settimanale viene comunicata un'accelerazione del tasso di sollevamento del suolo che secondo i dati preliminari nelle ultime tre settimane è passato da una media di 10 mm al mese a ben 30 mm/mese. È il valore medio più alto dell'attuale crisi bradisismica.

Come NON osservare un'eruzione vulcanica! Il video è stato filmato da alcuni turisti che hanno scalato il #Dukono, uno dei vulcani più attivi in Indonesia, dove l'attività esplosiva è all'ordine del giorno. L'onda d'urto prodotta dalla piccola esplosione è impressionante.

Come NON osservare un'eruzione vulcanica! Il video è stato filmato da alcuni turisti che hanno scalato il #Dukono, uno dei vulcani più attivi in Indonesia, dove l'attività esplosiva è all'ordine del giorno. L'onda d'urto prodotta dalla piccola esplosione è impressionante.

Questo è il fronte della colata attiva sull' #Etna! Si tratta di una colata di tipo 'A'ā, caratterizzata da una superficie ruvida e frastagliata formata da veri e propri blocchi di lava solidificata. Il suo spessore è di circa 9 m, come un edificio a 3 piani. Foto di Antonio Zimbone

L'eruzione effusiva dell' #Etna prosegue: la colata di lava ha raggiunto una lunghezza di 3 km e il suo fronte si attesta sui 1.900 m di quota. Si intensifica invece l'attività esplosiva a carico del Cratere di Sud-Est con modeste emissioni di cenere che sporcano la neve. Video di Giuseppe Tonzuso
