ARC says Discovery Projects outcomes will be tomorrow (Tuesday). Linkage Projects (2025, round 1) on Wed. Over past ~year, it's often been at about 11am (Canberra).

Two new papers just published from our egg disposition project! These papers report on the patient experience of surplus frozen eggs, including the barriers and enablers of egg disposition and donation.

Great to see, especially considering the ALRC is reviewing the law on surrogacy at the same time. I hope to see some much-needed reform to the regulation of third-party reproduction which centres the interests of those born as a result 🤞
Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus KC MP has formally referred a Review of Human Tissue Laws to the ALRC. The review is asked to inquire and report on what reforms might be necessary to modernise and harmonise human tissue laws across Australian jurisdictions.
