Obsevation and assessment of those people leads to correct placement in our lives for those ones.
I pretty much don't expect anything out of anyone and make note of people who either perform as intended or go above and beyond.
One of the most important things I accepted growing up is that you can't really do anything about people who let you down, but sure as hell have control over yourself.
