Sometimes Iβm so down about myself but then I think about what Iβve achieved / the good things in my life, which I thought I wouldnβt be able to do / have . Got my uni degree, a job / career for nearly 5 years now, travelled and lived in the US for 7 months, Iβm an uncle!

(The tape of this episode was wiped in late 1974 and, for many years, it existed only as a monochrome film copy. A restored colour version was prepared for the 2012 DVD release.)
