We're better at understanding the health effects of drinking, but there's still work to be done to understand the larger dangers to all of us.

I’m working on a story about an event in #Halifax today. It’s becoming more frequent that I’m the only reporter at some events such at the recent town halls with Mayor Andy Fillmore. I really enjoy covering these stories. They’re produced by a real reporter (me) and not AI!

It would be nice indeed.
Sigh.

It would be nice if the national broadcaster would acknowledge that I spent 8 months working on a story they re-report as a one-off.

Whatever.

My name was added to this letter without my consent. It is perhaps worth noting that it lists my old professional affiliation rather than my current one.

It may also be worth noting that I checked the letter when Nathan posted it and did not see my name, so it may have been added since last night.
@tedmccormick.bsky.social wondering whether you signed the recent “scholars for truth about genocide” letter because if not, and like @nkalamb.bsky.social, your name would appear to have been added without your consent.

Now this is getting amusing
This is outrageous. The letter author publicly 'apologized' to me and said names were being vetted.

In addition to adding his name without his consent, the letter incorrectly listed his name as “Nathan Kalman.”

"So the fact that it was wrong, I think, is a pretty good signal that I did not put it down there," Nathan Kalman-Lamb said.

Israel murdered five al-Jazeera journalists, including Anas Al-Sharif.

They did so because they're now liquidating Gaza City, and want to silence the remaining witnesses.
