We are horrified to read that one of the potential causes of the #AirIndia #Boeing crash is the electronic engine software on board.

The FADEC software was considered "positively dangerous" and is why the Boeing RAF Chinook on which our loved ones died in 1994 was grounded by MoD test engineers.
New clues point to engine failure for cause of Air India plane crash
Videos and witness reports suggest that the Boeing 787 could have experienced power loss from both engines

According to Osborne, Fox himself has doubts that Lord Philip's Review into the 1994 crash got to the bottom of the airworthiness issues on the Mark 2 helicopter, and is happy to help to get to the truth. That's very good news for the #ChinookJustice Campaign. We intend to get to the truth.

Hyperbolic tapering is safer, but is no guarantee that you will come through without injury after taking psychiatric drugs.

The only way to guarantee safety is to not take them in the first place. Patients need to be told this when the drugs are offered (and they need alternatives).
