In other examples I've mentioned anatomy that might be normal for life like hear and brains and anatomy that is more of a room nomenclature. But a more gamist system could use something closer to stats in the system encouraging a new different play style.
RPG Thought: borrowing from 13th Age's living dungeons. What if these kinds of dungeons had rooms that represented the brain, heart, stomach, etc. This could help inform dungeon design, encounter structure, and loot. Or it could just impact benefits in understanding the dungeon.

RPG Thought: A living dungeon's anatomy could also help inform the combatants in the dungeon. The armory would be prone to mauve weapons or heavy melee fights and physically punishing traps. But the lungs or aerie probably has open space, bridges to fall off, and long range or flying battles.

RPG thought: Most systems do one thing well or everything "ok". But systems you can adapt and bolt onto other games from games may not be elegant but can help you add more to an ongoing campaign.
