There should be a formal Congressional investigation of ICE. How they are hired, background checks, drug tests, what kind of training do they receive, what is their mandate & protocols regarding lethal force, what disciplinary policies in place, etc, etc. Right now they are just Gestapo goons.
ICE is full of people who wouldn't pass a background check for either the military or intelligence. It should be formally defunded by Congress.
