If you have a clearly limited and uninteresting perspective in the world you have to at least try to do things that haven’t been done better by all the people you’re trying to mimic! Comics aren’t about making the most skilled comic lol they’re about saying something (preferably something not evil)

sometimes i look at my character designs and recognize that they look "too similar" to ex-friends or current friends and then i spiral...

Ideas born from our brains (and hearts) are so precious. They speak so much about who we are, what we've lived, what we hope for, even if it's extremely subtle & not perceivable! Our subconscious is FULL of treasures to be explored and used for our stories. Why give this role to a soulless machine?
listening to an AI lecture where the speaker points out where they would use AI the most would be "idea generation", and honestly I find it so sad that people don't want to use their brains for the best part of the creative process
