the waiting time for CBT + DBT Therapy is so long i swear ive been waiting for forever since i got my diagnoses and my initial therapy ended

i made a yule log yesterday to go with the roast i was also making, and I clearly told everyone that hey we should let this stay in the fridge overnight

its actually one of my biggest achievements as a bird rehabilitator because ive been doing this (with my dad 😒) for over 6 years and you cant save them all
sometimes i take in lost, dying birds to give them some warmth and peace in their last moments, im grateful Sir wasnt one of those birds
