No new chapters written today but I caught up to my latest chapter for edits, a total of 5 chapters edited. Admittedly I'm not as confident in this story as I was my last one but this is just the start, I'm sure as we get to the good stuff I'll start getting more confident

I also came up with new story beats but I've been feeling too lazy to insert them into my timeline, next time I got motivation all fix my timeline

One thing I love about helldivers is that there are indeed people, thrown into combat, without any idea what to do, and die and get reinforced within minutes.
And then there are the badasses who go an entire mission without dying taking out multiple objectives before escaping.
Both are real.

One thing I love about helldivers is that there are indeed people, thrown into combat, without any idea what to do, and die and get reinforced within minutes.

Fallout show season 2 ended with the most optimistic I have been up to this point. I'm finally at the stage where I'm like "alright, let them cook." They can still fuck it up but they are able to right the mistakes from the first season and give us something awesome at the same time.

I gave in and started writing lol. I couldn't keep waiting for ideas that may never come. Maybe the story will just be short, who knows. Either way 2 chapters written today.

One thing I love about halo and specifically the war with the covenant that it got so right is that humanity is losing. We actually hold our own pretty well in ground battles, Spartans were a huge help and we trade wins and losses often...
We DO NOT win space battles and that is what matters.

I love isekai, but I have some small pet peeves with the genre. One I really hate is when the person gets isekaied into a clearly medieval style world and then thinks the food is the best ever. EXCUSE ME?! We live enriched lives because of the variety of spices we have. Ain't no way bland soupisgood
