You are so right. I remember the 70’s when we had pollution, crime, poverty, no clean areas but trash everywhere, no beautification of parks, trails, no one had a sense of belonging or responsibility for others and our lands.
I don't think people are prepared for what is coming around the corner in America. People were hurting before this nightmare regime took place, but with 100's of thousands of job losses, detainments, and benefits ending; desperation will kick in. There will be more crimes, driving up costs.
