The past 10 days have been focused on helping a 69 year old, disabled family friend avoid foreclosure on his reverse mortgage. He has no one. Divorced, no kids, no friends nearby willing to help (I’m 3000 miles away.) His situation is of his own making. That said, it’s still really sad. 1/2

Happy Thanksgiving 2024. I’m grateful to have one of my daughters here today. I’m very grateful that she will be safely ensconced in California this time next year.
