Being an adult means buying a house and then paying $125 a week later because the garage door stops working.
But then winning a tv at work during a trivia game, and later finding $200 in cash in a Hobby Lobby parking lot.
So, all is well.

I just closed on this house Tuesday. I haven’t even moved in yet. HOA president showed up at my door with “don’t forget HOA fees are due January 1st!”
