I feel like I should’ve mentioned this before, but I will be using real photos of the animals I mention. I thought about it when I realized some people might not like snakes.

BUT rest assured, entomophobes, there are no bugs/insects/whatevers in BFF. I don’t do invertebrates (with some exceptions).

The other night I got hit with a FLASH of inspiration and decided to redraw/redesign/reimagine some Vagabonds.

I tried to lean a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle more into the "spaciness" and "alienness" for each of them in these iterations.
Several drawings of a reimagined Orion, now with a new astronaut-like outfit and rocket boots. Notes include "Super Rocket Boots!!" "Orion is meant to be SNUG. His head is ~50% face" and "I wanted to give Orion more of a spacey outfit." Several drawings of a reimagined Melon Ball. Not much has changed, but his eye is slightly bigger and he has a different cape. Notes include "Melon Ball is already perfect" and "I did want him to have a superhero cape" Several drawings of a reimagined Vixen, now without her third eye and more catlike features such as a tail. Notes include "Her eyes and teeth glow in the dark - Scary!" "Took away her third eye - three's a crowd" and "This version of Vixen is even more cat-like" Several drawings of a reimagined Kimara, now with longer hair and two pairs of eyes instead of one. Notes include "This version of Kimara has two pairs of eyes. One for each personality" "Going for sort of a Wonder Woman look" and "Both pairs of eyes can't be open at once"
