Loud classrooms are rough. Having to keep staring people's faces because I can't understand their speaking at all without reading their lips is exhausting. Audio processing issues suckk😭 and school system rarely takes notice of it

for the longest time i finally created some art and decided to paint a turtle. It turned out amazing. I haven't painted in years so i was bit afraid i had forgotten everything.

I admit. I use AI a lot. To explain concepts to me, that I just. Don't. Get. Maybe someday I can ask actual humans, but in the past I have been yelled at when I have been too stupid and gotten stuck while learning and somebody has tried to teach me. Don't worry, I already feel bad about this.

I was also supposed to create a game studio with my friend, but they were diagnosed a serious illness that will worsen with time, so we had to scrap that. I was enduring a lot for that dream, but sometimes life just happens.
I've not been well. I quit my game dev studies, and switched into fullstack studies beginning this autumn. I just couldn't continue with games. Only thing I got was a burnout and depression because nothing was enough. I also need to get a job and pay my living asap.

also my dysphoria has been of the charts for a while now. Still not enough money to get a top surgery. I can't keep suffocating myself with the fucking binders for a long anymore.

after a week of a hard thonk and rubbing my braincells together it finally clicked somehow lmao. :D But slow and steady is better than nothing!

I'm starting to get a grasp of the commander pattern. I have already learned limited state machines, observer pattern, pooling and so much more this year. The problem arising seems to be, how to connect all of these patterns together. 😅 I plan to learn that this summer!! #gamedev #indiedev

28 days later, and I'm still so excited, and learning new! The game I'm creating is going well, I'm actually enjoying myself, and I hope I never have to go back to Unity T-T
I decided to start learning Godot as a summer project, after using Unity for years and... I'm speechless, Godot docs are so great! I always felt like I was too dumb to understand wtf was going on Unity's docs, and now I just feel like Unity has gaslighted me all of these years. 😭 #gamedev
