Well the fresh milled Spelt crust was delicious. The sugar pie pumpkins came from a local farmers market. I haven’t used canned pumpkin in over 20 years. Our pumpkins in the garden didn’t get ripe this year but luckily we have an awesome farmers market. The sweet potatoes came from our garden.

Fighting against hate and bigotry is overwhelming and not working. Sometimes I feel all I can do is be kind to those who need it. I don’t feel a need to change people who hate, they aren’t worth my energy. This isn’t weakness as I absolutely will protect and defend myself and others.
