How about we force lines companies to invest in undergrounding critical infrastructure like they should have been doing for the last 30 years.

Local news report that Timur, the boy killed today, had lost his dad two years ago.

His mum was raising him alone, in Kyiv, and they had come to Kramatorsk to visit his grandmother, who was also injured in the attack.
