Today, it is the tragic story of MS St. Louis, when Canada refused to allow Jewish refugees from Europe entry. Of those on board, 30% later died in The Holocaust.

Mark Carney has a unique opportunity to remake Canada in ways his predecessors would’ve struggled to find the political capital to do.
I hope he takes advantage to build ambitious, nation-building projects to bring the country together again and get serious about reducing our dependence on the US.

It's interesting how we're seeing similar, yet subdued, behaviour from PP. He's just as narcissistic, yet he doesn't appear as confident. We'll see a different version of him if he's elected.
