Stephanie Evergreen has an interesting suggestion about how to structure a dashboard: organise it along the sequence of your theory of change. 📊

Probably won't always work, but it can help a lot thinking about why you want to include a given metric.
Dashboards Should Mirror Theories of Change
A theory of change plots out how an initiative is going to reach desired outcomes... which makes it a perfect model for your data dashboard.

Remember her name: Aliya Rahman

Her testimony is everything and it deserves to be heard, by everyone. Decide for yourself.

It’s powerful. It’s gut-wrenching. And no one should have to survive what she did.

Just upgraded to the new MacOS Tahoe.. the glass thing really is as horrible as they said! Getting some serious retro 90s Kai's Power Tools UI vibes!!

I don't know.. maybe the Urban Outfitters kids really dig it? Maybe it's ironic meme UI design? What does anything even mean anymore? Who knows?

What if you could visualise how electricity flows from a wind farm in Scotland to your home in London?

Ok it's not quite that simple, but it got me thinking that there must be a way of visualising the complexity of the electricity transmission grid in Great Britain.

This is my first attempt…
