Thank god for an understanding therapist. I unfortunately missed my appointment bc I’ve been dealing with a migraine all day so he called and let me reschedule bc of the holidays coming up I had a few appointments lined up so that’s good at least.

Food pantries are often inaccessible to Autistic ppl & other Disabled ppl
Bus lines sometimes aren't near them
Disability can dictate what food you can eat
Often in food pantries you don't have much choice, unlike SNAP
