The issues and traumas in my life make it hard to want to join groups, discords, guilds, etc. I’m so scared people will just want to use me or I have to be around 24/7 and that’s hard for me. I’ve always been independent, but lately I’ve been isolating more. I’m working on it! ✨

People don't understand how EXTREMELY difficult it is to ask for help when you've been doing everything on your own for years. When you haven't been able to rely on people so now that you have people you can rely on, you can't ask for help-- But you're so exhausted and feel bad asking for any help.
